Return Policy
All items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the date of receipt. Items must be in original condition and with tags attached. All defective items may be repaired/exchanged at no cost.
To Return or Exchange:
Please email customerservice@shopbryna.com and include your name, item, address, phone number, and reason for return. All returns must be shipped within 3 days after receiving a return authorization. All handbag returns will incur a $20 restocking fee. Please include your return number along with the credit card number and expiration date of the card used when returning the item.
*Orders placed using discount codes are final- no refunds or exchanges are allowed.
Holiday Return Policy
We offer an extended return policy for all orders placed during 11/26-12/24. All orders placed within this timeframe can be returned before 1/15. Returns are accepted only on unworn merchandise in all original packaging and with tags attached. Please follow the same procedure as above.
Shipping
All orders will ship via UPS within 2 business days of the order being placed. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
Same day delivery can be available in the San Francisco Bay Area for urgent orders.
